Pros
Normally don't work more then 9 hours per shift, can get extra hours if regular carriers like you, almost like being your own boss when your on your route, if you work with a good group of RCAs and good management then no one is left out and others will help people who are new or having trouble on a route
Cons
Sometimes it's hard to get hours in your own office and you have to go elsewhere to either help or get your hours, holiday season can lead to working multiple days straight with no days off and working 12 hours or more during that time frame, can be called in on days off if there are routes open, may have to do more then 1 route if there are routes open, vehicles are old and falling apart, if you work where management is weak and there are no team players then you can be left out on a route by yourself till your done, even if your new.
