So only first 90 days are paid by the hour. After that pay is by an evaluated route time. And you only get the full pay for the route if you are the one who does the whole route. Except you can have a different route every day. So you won't get good at just one and you will work very long hours and very rarely ever get a break. So be prepared to work 10 hours straight no break.
