Good pay and training experience

Cons

They live in the 50s. The post office needs serious updates to deal with the volume of packages they handle, especially after the contract with Amazon. Carriers deliver to giant routes and are overworked. They simply cannot take time off because there's too much work. But new employees don't stick in this type of expectation. They say all postal workers celebrate Christmas in January simply because it's the way it is.

Can be hard to transition to a full time role; your car will likely take a good bit of damage if some for a long period of time.

NONE, made to feel like this would be a growing position, hours regular

Cons

PO does not like to pay you even your psy checks every 2 weeks, hours shorted, routes not defined, dumped on for Amazon and being thst routes are rated for xyz....once you're over that time you do NOT get paid, could be decades before you make regular...don't do this you cannot build a real life with this...
