The pay was good at first. If everybody comes to work and you're fully staffed it's a good job.

Cons

You work 6 to 7 days a week for not enough money. You never know if you're going to be doing 1 route or 2 or if it's going to be the same route.

Be ready to put in the hours around the holidays without proper training or any positive feedback then after the holidays wonder if you still work there. Supervisors, or activating supervisors don't speak to one another and is a total cluster fudge of communication.
