      Stable job with time to take paid leave. Reasonable work hours. Affordable health insurance plan.

      Cons

      Employee culture is very resistive to share knowledge. Reduction-in-force impacted employees slotted into positions based on seniority in position. Locality pay is limited to certain areas. No subsidy for commuting expense.

      Great salary and benefits package. Diversified job opportunities. You can go as far as you are willing to work for!

      Cons

      Some aspects can be stressful. You will sacrifice holidays and possibly weekends at lower level jobs. There are many jobs where you will work nights. If you are willing to make the sacrifice at the beginning, there are many rewarding job opportunities that are available internally.
