Pros

The job itself is very easy, you come do your job and go home. It's not physically demanding.

Cons

The management is horrible at treating their employees as human beings.

Pros

They pay well, great benefits through the APWU, you are able to move up over time, job is relatively easy.

Cons

You will sign your life away because they make you work a lot of overtime, unless you are part-time. Sometimes it is hard to find a shift time and days off you want. Takes time to move up at the post office. Monotonous work- so days can drag a lot. You don't get to build a lot of personable relationships. Can be lonely.
