Pros

24/7 hours and days to choose from. Ability to enter an hour before shift or after without being considered late, as a PSE only.

Cons

Strict time management. Some unprofessional supervisors. Mandatory overtime that can be called last minute. Being forced out when the mail volume is low. Differential pay only applies to hours worked, not your entire shift if you fall out of the differential hours.

Pros

Really good for introverts, you can listen to music, podcasts, and books.

Cons

They micromanage everything, long hours for overtime that they can throw on you last second. Punished for everything. Eventually, even for an introvert, you get tired of talking to no one.
