Everything was well structured. From training to the daily routine, everyone seemed to understand the job and expectations.

Cons

Work was monotonous at times. Full time was out of reach.

Pros

Salary- $14.69/hr to start Casual Dress: jeans, t-shirts, hats and facial hair allowed Vending machines for lunch and snack food Working in a secure building

Cons

No talking on the work floor No food or water on the work floor even if you are sick or need to take medication If you are listening to a book on tape or music you can't stop working long enough to change it Traffic and sick kids not valid excuses to miss or be late to work All breaks must be taken in their exact allotted time (cannot clock in early or late) During 90 day probationary period cannot be late or miss days more than three times or you are let go Must complete training testing in time allotted to continue working there Will call you on your days off to work more hours No benefits (unless you stick it out a few years then maybe) Day of notice of mandatory overtime (if you go into work and they announce overtime, you have to stay)
