Pros

Positions pay very well and day off/hour off rewards are given frequently. At the REC after a probationary period has passed, employees can listen to their headphones.

Cons

Supervisors like to walk all over people to make themselves look good. Management is rude and sees everyone as an object to get them ahead and not as actual human beings. There is no talking whatsoever at all. There are unrealistic efficiency ratings. It's hard to stay awake when the whole day is spent typing silently. Employees are watched like a hawk (god forbid you come back from a break five seconds too late or too early). They own you during the holidays and can't wait to get rid of you in the summer.

Pros

Lots of overtime during the holidays. Pays very well with great benefits. Very little supervision. Management is great and are all very respectful of personal beliefs.

Cons

Overtime is mandatory and during December you'll be working 60 hour+ workweeks by default. Hours are regularly cut during the summer. Long, long periods of sitting in uncomfortable chairs.
