Pros

Lots of time at work, decent coworkers

Cons

LONG HOURS. as an RCA you’re technically a part time worker but you easily end up working 50+ depending on the week. You will need to use your personal vehicle every so often and the supervisors will bait and switch the schedule

Pros

Honest work if you get career you can build towards retirement

Cons

Management can be pushy for you to be faster and demand more. When starting out you do have little hours depending on the station you are at. It'll push your physical abilities, and the weather can make it difficult.
