Pros

The job itself is fun and independent, lots of planning organization involved if you enjoy that sort of thing.

Cons

Management is crazy. You will be expected to come into work at the drop of a hat and worked to the bone. The day after a holiday is hell. Zero work life balance. If you can make it to regular then great but that can take years.
