Nice colleagues, freedom to search for solutions yourself. A freight environment were you can learn a lot. Overall good benefits.

Cons

UPS SCS wouldn't be popular without that UPS logo. A lot of young people lacking knowledge, so lot's of mistakes which result in customers walking away.

Pros

Great benefits, laid back work environment for the most part. I was able to get a full time job with no experience and that was great since I was taking a break from school at the time.

Cons

In my account 1st shift screwed us over so many times and we would end up with 11+ hour nights and no one would ever do anything about it. Especially at end of the month. Management was mostly useless. I had an injury and it was like they didn't want me to go the doctor.
