      Parent company is a financially stable company with good brand recognition. They have okay benefits and offer domestic partnership benefits.

      Cons

      Very large and compartmentalized,. Hard to move across business groups / functions. Like all organizations of this magnitude - takes considerable amount of time to learn how to navigate the organization.

      Resources available to do the job Sense of spirit and teamwork to be successful Fair benefits, 401K, variable compensation packages

      Cons

      Salaries to mid range of competitive positions Senior management protected means less opportunities for up and comers Inconsistent variable compensation (bonus) platforms mean some folks make more than others for the same job, based on workgroup and work history.

      Ability to work when you want and have time for your family and kids. You set your own schedule and that's great.

      Cons

      No benefits,you do not know what your income will be and the work flow does not depend on your availability.
