      Pros

      Never have any issue receiving monthly pay always on time. Management is very flexible to work with to maintain a work/life balance.

      Cons

      not a lot of movement for an eager to grow management employee in a specific busines unit, salary is not really comparable with the same position and responsibility in other company.

      Good fringe benefits like medical and dental

      Cons

      Trying to save cost hiring cheap labor doing basic data entry work with no basic knowledge of the industry who then produced poor quality work which has to be audited by only 2 qualified employees. This becomes very efficient in times of heavy workload at the top.
