      They treat you like a number, change your job position in order to get you to quit. That is after you have been too long in one department, saying it is their career development plan for you. The whole organization is run by a military code.

      Easy, fast pace & great people to work for and with. Which makes it the best pay, best benefits and best place to work at.

      Cons

      Takes to long to move up the ladder to a management position. Very few people leave the company once in management.
