      Strong work culture - got all employees beating from the same drum. This can also be a negative. Structured processes, always looking towards continous improvements. Great professional development.

      Cons

      Strong work culture might be hard for some to bare. Being a global organization, change is not as often as you would think.

      Typical Bureaucratic centralized organization, the corporate is supreme. Hardly spare any thought for satelite branches across the globe. Naive thinking of how things work

      Onboarded immediately. Hired and indoctrinated very quickly before you can change your mind or look at other alternatives. Weekly pay period.

      Cons

      It's a large company with a huge talent drain that they try to remedy by hiring contingency workers. That solution works in a couple of areas.
