      Benefits are a plus. If you work in the office you are going to be non union...not sure if thats a plus or not...

      Cons

      The pay isn't that great..could be better. You learn things as you go which I do not like because it usually involves you getting in trouble because you did not know you where suppose to do something.

      Good pay. Great benefits. Opportunity for advancement is good for hard working people. Women with desire to due blue collar work have the same opportunities as men.

      Cons

      Very stressful due to near impossible time goals. Working relationship between unionized workers and management very adversarial, can't be thin skinned.
