      Relatively easy-to-follow routinal work expectations, most customers come in to do Amazon returns, and often takes less than 2 minutes to help them out.

      Cons

      There are moments where the store does get busy, and a line starts to form in the store, good learning opportunity to learn to work under pressure and timely customer based performance

      Good environment to accomplish things.

      Cons

      Corporate culture is very transactional these days. Every position is dependent on supply chain volume (ex., 35K publicly announced lay-offs between 2024 - 2025). And, any position is very dependent on the Manager. One person can sore there, then when Management changes that same person can find him/herself laid off.
