Good people with that I have developed a close friendship

Cons

One of the worst companies I have ever worked for. No loyalty, people who do no work or really mismanaged work get promoted, most of the work is outsourced to other countries. The culture is good O' boy, during my time there I came across one black manager the rest was white or Asian. in the HealthCare division, had a lot of backstabbing from other team members, who would sell their soul just to get promoted. If you go to work for this company my advice is to work for a division that is unionized at best, at least you have some job protection.

Cons

- Constant passive aggressiveness. - Many teams isolate from another. - Received virtually no training when hired. Had to constantly piece every little bit of information together and figure out nuances. - Depending on your team, many of your team members are only out for themselves. - Nowhere as inclusive as others will say. - Management has little interest in mentoring.
