Diverse environment and a fine pension plan.
Cons
No proper role clearance! Had been asked to carry 3 in 1 roles of scrum master, BSA and a project coordinator although hired for the BSA role only. Expectation was to be up to speed with people working in org for over 20 years whilst juggling multiple balls all at once. Left me with excessive stress! Besides no proper training path for any role! Not worth it!
