      Pros

      All I have is free coffee ... but it’s making me use 20 words. No other pros about working at the Burlington location.

      Cons

      Hours, management, supervisors screaming at you all shift, lack of training. Co-workers, uptight environment, no work/family balance. Hands down the worst job I’ve ever had. I’d rather work at McDonalds.

      Pros

      If you are ambitious and do your job, you can easily move up in the ranks

      Cons

      Even though you can move up easily most of the position are under paid compared to other companies, the management that get paid more than you rarely have any clue on what to do , things change constantly and your supervisor rarely updates you on these changes but will reprimand you for not knowing the changes

      Pros

      - pretty good benefits and discounts from a variety of places - overtime usually always available and good weekly pay - no accountability whatsoever

      Cons

      -no accountability means if you're one of the hardworkers, you will be picking up the slack -management is a little unorganized -work is extra repetitive and there's very little and very disorganized training -job security is a concern
