      Pros

      Incredibly fun! Getting a work out while working safely paid off for my body. The pay was awesome and the fact that you can work your vacation made it even better. I loved my co-workers and my supervisor's we always had a game plan every night. Between team work and hard workers we always rocked the house!

      Cons

      The Management was not always bad everyone has their ups and downs. When I started going to College I never thought twice about My supervisor and Manager having problems with it, Until I joined a Team that required some work flexibility- one day a week for practice. Next thing I know Threats of getting let go or transfer to other shifts made me realize I wasn't a part of the team anymore.

      Pros

      The training is great, you will learn a lot if you apply yourself and ask a ton of questions, It looks great on a resume and if you are smart you can make the position sound better in a future job interview than it really was, benefits are good, reputable and respected company to work for.

      Cons

      Micromanagement to the max! No one can explain your compensation plan to you, you only have but so much control over how much ppl ship with you but you are expected to reach really ridiculously aggressive sales goals, felt like the company tried to screw ppl out of their bonuses. lots of ppl quit because of this.
