Pros

Benefits, worked with some good people get rid of management could be a great place

Cons

Managers to long in same spot, resist change, nepotism , silos ,do not start entry level you will be lied to and will not be able to move up . Higher management does not care ..likes things status quo lots of high priced people watching videos...managers can be nasty treat you like idiots.no where to go stay in your little silo job. They tell you your career is up to you..then tie your hands and won't even help you . This is where careers go to die.

Pros

Your alone in a truck all day seeing different types of people making really good money with benefits and a union, also if you help out management, you'll get a day or two off. Keeps you in shape.

Cons

Extreme overload days due to cutting routes, rarely take breaks, they want you to hustle and get done early to help others but if you get hurt or into an accident they blame you for rushing. Also pee in water bottles so you don't break off your route.

Pros

Super easy to get hired, they did mass interviews and hired anyone with a pulse. Good opportunity to move up to other positions if you're willing to put the work in on memorizing things and you get your work done.

Cons

Got sexually harassed frequently (I'm a female, it was a 97% male hub), when one worker wouldn't stop pushing up against me and grabbing me I went to management. They told me the man harassing me has had many complaints made before and the union protected him every time so all they could do was move me back to loading (a lower position) so I wasn't working near that guy. Also the union/supervisor battle got really old.
