Long hours, management trainees limited to 40 hours per week, but IE supervisors work at least 10 hours a day. Off-schedule shifts are brutal, especially sunrise (2am-noonish) and nights (7pm-5amish)Operations and Operations Managers have little respect for what the IE department does.

Layers and layers of management. Poor communication between departments. Very much a cult culture. Contractors and young employees carry the older employees. You can tell it takes 20 years to get a promotion. Reactionary and stuck in its ways. The job can be very boring as communication is so limited. Management has learned to tell those above them what they want to hear and not what they need to hear. Very Brown focused not customer focused. You can tell business is lost due the bureaucratic system.
