Pros

Part-time, no weekends is pretty great. Unheard of benefits for part timers. The Teamster Union is strong so you don't have to put up with BS if you don't want to. Stay with the company for a least five years and you'll be vested for retirement.

Cons

Can be labor intensive at times, and management will try to trick you into doing more work than necessary. Just stay focused on the big picture and it's all good.
