Pros

The customers can be fun to meet with. Some of the people you will work with will become great friends.

Cons

Performance indicators reports and all the ridiculous marketing initatives and mandates are absurd. Management team spends so much time tracking, monitoring and reporting on things that have no impact on the customer's wants and needs. It's a giant bureaucracy. In addition, they FORCE you to donate to the United Way each year. I have my own charity that I donate to and yet the company sends out a message with a "suggested" donation amount to the U.W. When I sent nothing, I was told I needed to send something. When I donated $50 I was told I needed to up it to at least $200. We're in a recession and I'm saving every penny! Why "suggest" when really you're twisting my arm and forcing me to do so out of fear of losing my job.

Pros

Excellent opportunities to advance and make good money. Reward and recognition for going above and beyond. Great team environment. Excellent name recognition when trying to gain new customers.

Cons

If you don't want to work and work hard this is not the place for you. Sometiimes operations and sales don't have mutual respect for one another but mostly is due to fragmented communication. Drivers are slightly becoming less professional and less customer focused.
