      Great opportunities opening up with all the retirements coming up in the next 5 years. Good benefits. Work/Life balance is good.

      Cons

      Very conservative culture, out of touch with market, hard time hiring millennials, systems and procedures out dated, no tele commuting opportunities, pay not on par with market and similar size companies.

      -excellent sales and negotiation training -great experience dealing with businesses spanning multiple industries -no overtime ever 8-5 M-F -promotions are handed out as long as you will relocate -job security

      Cons

      -commission bonus metrics and targets constantly in flux -old timer corporate culture, employees treated like children sometimes -lack of direction from corporate on actual job duties -management always metric chasing something new every week -outdated internal technology and processes could definitely be streamilined
