      Free lunch and masala tea

      Cons

      Remote location posting Salary was renegotiated and decreased Hr promised verbally later not fulfilled on paper. Team working in is very slow and institutionalised. Organisational structure not proper. Engineers having to answer far less qualified seniors.

      Good and supportive environment for new employee

      Pros

      It has really good environment to work in. They also provide really good accommodation, food and transportation facilities.

      Cons

      In some conditions, plant location is too far from accomodation facilities, so much time is wasted in traveling. They're also not providing department they have mentioned in offer letter.
