      Pros

      Have been in role for about a year and work a maximum of 1-2 hours a week. During month- end and quarter end 2-4 hours a week. I have a young family and my wife works full time.

      Cons

      Massive lay-offs has me concerned, but my manager assured me my family and I will be fine. I trust him since he hired me. He does not have many allies and needs me.

      8-hour shifts with paid holidays off. Only work weekends when the workload is heavy.

      Company allowed brutal mass layoff.

      Cons

      Recently one of the UPL division (nurture.farm) has laid off 50% of their talented manpower in a brutal and pathetic way. UPL CHRO allowed this and enjoyed the pain of the employees. Such a disaster for a company like UPL.
