I have enjoyed the support of the staff at UPL. They are friendly which help in our busy days. Each department works together to help daily process flow.

Cons

No real Cons. Our site is always changing giving the growth of a new site. Must be willing to grow as the company grows.

Management is very much responsible for employees safety and provides health insurance and term insurance. Pays industry top pay scale. User-friendly working environment. Best CSR organization and always positive side on sustainability. Best place for work life balance. Great support from the management for innovative ideas and implementation.

Cons

I haven't found any difficulties during my tenure yet. Needs to focus on capturing individual performance while doing performance calibration and increments.
