      Pros

      Love to work with UPL .. its one of the best companies I have worked with.. Kudos to Chairman Mr.RAjju bhai shroff and Mrs Sandra Shroff for the efforts put to grow the company and very down to earth personalities.

      Cons

      Lot of competition between employees so growth becomes stagnant for several years. NO festivals celebrated apart from special canteen food .No social gatherings for employees. It's just work and only work.
