      Good relationships between employees, and very good environment. Good benefits and payments. Relatively stable market and demand in the sector also ensure stability for employees. Very ambicious company: presented very high growth in the past years, and seens to continue like this. This, for sure, opens good opportunities to people that are also ambicious and have good performance.

      Cons

      Not so good to administrative side of the company. Attention and focus are pointed to the business core: sales, marketing and R&D.
