It can be disheartening to feel like your hard work and dedication is not being rewarded. It's important to talk to your manager and make sure they understand your goals and ambitions. If they are not able to help you in terms of promotion or salary, then it might be time to look for a new job in a different industry. It can be difficult to leave a job, but sometimes it is necessary in order to find a better situation. In the improvement cell specially Maxpro department, talent is not valued; instead, seat warmers are promoted.
