      They waste the money with non sense initiatives. After create well skilled groups they lose the interest and forget them.

      UN-Salaries Limited to low level of tension and stress

      Cons

      Non-Transparent management, mostly worried about then potential promotion or waiting for retirements. Obstacles for flexible time table, needed for attending applicable training to the job, or childcare... even just for the change of one hour per day. Terrible vision on productivity and career progress.

      Difficult to get a permanent position, Very often will end up on a contract for years with limited benefits in comparison to the permanent staff members.
