Pros

Less qualified and bad performer can stay long as they are not threat and will listen whatever manager says. If you don't work and keep silent, you are good employee. So very relaxed job.

Cons

Most of the hiring are direct hiring and then regularized through a recruitment drama. Management named it as handpicked and those staffs are below average. Manager is very racist and no significant performance is seen so far in the office. Those staffs lacks in ethics and engaged in so many conflicting activities. There is no learning growth and the relevant stakeholders are very unsatisfied with the performance.

Communication Officer

Business Outlook

Pros

The remote nature of the position offers significant flexibility, allowing professionals to manage their workload efficiently while maintaining a work-life balance. The role primarily involves the presentation and communication of large-scale projects, which provides an opportunity to engage with impactful initiatives. Additionally, the compensation structure is highly competitive, with remuneration based on a predefined hourly rate schedule. This structured approach ensures transparency in task allocation and payment estimates, contributing to a clear understanding of workload expectations.

Cons

While the experience varies across different projects, some challenges arise from inconsistencies in management. In certain instances, specific managers demonstrated inadequate delegation skills and ineffective communication, which occasionally led to inefficiencies in workflow and project execution. However, it is important to note that these challenges were not pervasive across all projects, as many managers exhibited strong leadership and collaboration skills.

Pros

You'll work with world class colleagues in projects that you can confirm its impact in human lives.

Cons

You'll also work with people you know were hired because they were friends with someone, or were so bad in their previous role that to avoid shaming the organization they rehired them in another role (you'll notice)
