Good salary compared to other employers, good international insurance, pleasant facilities, and accessible to many other businesses. It's a good organization to add to your resume.

Cons

The work environment is stifling. Colleagues can be very rude, it's very hierarchical, even though they say it's not, they're always looking to take advantage of you.

Salaries were not too bad. Good procurement rules in theory.

Cons

No insurance (or difficult US-style insurance you pay from your salary), no pension or other benefits, very uncertain contracting. Worst of all, terrible handling of complaints of abuse, rewarding the abuser. A few times.
