      Pros

      In some cases, higher salaries offset the lack of benefits or diplomatic status; but not all cases. recent healthcare arrangement is appreciated. Many colleagues are good at their job

      Cons

      Fraud, ethics, abuse of authority is not handled at all even with the very clear procedures and anonymous reporting. The massive director-level fraud scandal is just one part of it.
