Great team with fun perks and growth opportunities

Pros

Super nice team, fun perks like a snack shack, weekly draw for a 1/2 off, employee appreaciation days (fridays off before a long weekend), lots of learning and development opportunities for a under 100 staff NFP

Cons

Unclear approval processes but its getting better. Two days in office
