Significant effort to provide staff support over the last few years - trainings, management support, and other staff development opportunities. Organization has provided significant support to staff during a difficult year in 2025 including outplacement and career coaching.

Can be long hours depending on role and level, hard to find the work-life balance if in mid-senior level. - Feedback, coaching and mentoring from supervisors not always provided - Uncertainty around whether valued as staff and if contribution recognized.
