Pros

Nice colleagues, I'm not feel embarrassed as the only person who speaks mandarin. As a local NGO, everyone need to contribute a lot. The organization provides with opportunities and a lot fun, like lunch sharing session, mid-autumn party and meeting with chairman.

Cons

Not ambitious enough and the budget is less reasonable since we could not afford the pr fees when we are in trouble. Also it is hard to expand the donor market.
