Pros

The HR policies have evolved vastly in the past few years and it is finally possible to have proper flexible working arrangements. Great people, fantastic cause.

Cons

Still many 'old-schoolers' in the system, really hard to get rid of some of the bad practices/people who don't deliver. Bureaucratic. Representatives has too much power.

Pros

The mandate. Supporting countries in making the best decisions for children. Really nice team overall (may depend on what your team is).

Cons

When based in New-York, missions mean lot of jetlag and lost weekends. No career path upward for technical specialists after a while (you get into management, but if you do not like it, there are few options).
