Pros

Great mission and a lot of good colleagues who genuinely care about the work.

Cons

Culture change efforts don't appear to be genuine and the handling of sexual misconduct cases is atrocious and irresponsible and shows a total lack of care for the safety and well-being of employees and beneficiaries.
