Great international environment at the organization. It doesn't matter if you have an accent or if you wear you country outfit.

Cons

High bureaucracy to take decisions. Big organization, difficult to get feedback from all country offices.

Pros

Amazing company, great corporate culture, amazing intercultural atmosphere. There are lots of traveling involved, and many opportunities for training .

Cons

too much bureaucracy may be a challenge at times, specially with lots of traveling involved difficult times during the crisis (the company had to cut posts), contracts renewal (consultants may be one month or more without a job/payment between contracts), and in the first payment (delays)...
