Pros

Amazing company, great corporate culture, amazing intercultural atmosphere. There are lots of traveling involved, and many opportunities for training .

Cons

too much bureaucracy may be a challenge at times, specially with lots of traveling involved difficult times during the crisis (the company had to cut posts), contracts renewal (consultants may be one month or more without a job/payment between contracts), and in the first payment (delays)...

Pros

UNICEF as a not for profit organisation is incredible, they do great work and the teams of people behind it are highly dedicated to the cause and will always go out of their way to make a really big difference.

Cons

The management in New Zealand is in real need of a shape up, poor communication and HR policies and very questionable hiring.
