Pros

Great brand name and opens up several opportunities in the non-profit sector.

Cons

Below market pay and reluctance to revise payment structures (which were last revised in 2018) to match with market and inflation. Leadership has dated management style and no diversity with it being mostly white. No growth opportunities for entry-level staff
