Pros

A great opportunity to work with talented individuals from different fields and backgrounds. The feeling of working toward a valuable cause outweighs the challenges you will come across.

Cons

Some country offices may have a significant divide between the local and international staff that would sometimes make working difficult in relation to meeting objectives effectively as there is always a debate of how things should be done which mainly originates from this division.

Pros

Overall good many chances to progress and learn something new everyday. It may be a great platform to do something with nfp.

Cons

Sometimes the location is very far so we need to take one hour train to suburbs. Sometimes if you start work at 1:00 pm you literally need to leave home at 11;30 am.
