Pros

High salary and tax excemption.

Cons

If you are a male, don't go this women-dominated money-losing organization. Women treat male employees in a disgraceful manner, allowing themselves to behave and speak to men in an intolerable way. The organization severely punishes any inappropriate behavior if it is committed by a male follower against a female. If a woman commits any serious act against a man, there are no legal consequences, no workplace consequences, and even the Ethics Office and the OIAI will do everything they can to sweep the matter under the rug. Destroying a UNICEF vehicle in the underground garage and trying to hide it from management? No problem, if you're a woman. Speaking aggressively to colleagues? No problem, if you're a woman. Lying about work, about others? No problem, if you're a woman. If you are in a position to do so, feel free to invite your friends to do meaningless work for $6-7,000 a month, just emphasize often that you are a woman and that you are doing all this for the sake of your children.

Pros

WFH options - only if you have a good relationship with your manager.

Cons

- For an organisation that advertises itself as a safe workplace, you won’t find it here. This is an unsafe environment where people will steal credit; no matter what. - Siloed teams means information. gatekeeping, and no chance to move up. Your manager will tell you that you will not succeed. - Current CEO is on a pedestal and will get away with unacceptable remarks.
