Pros

Mission, children, future, equipment and brand. Private health insurance totally futile in the absence of the universal/state health insurance, which has to be covered from own pocket. Big discrepancies between international and local staff, though the workload and responsibility is the same.

Cons

work culture, nepotism/clientelism and double standard especially in Romania office. Bad and lazy international managers, no action on abuse, not even on children.
