Pros

Lots of efforts are done to ensure work life balance and mental well-being for the staff.

Cons

Unfortunately, the workload and pressure at Unicef does not allow to always achieve the work life balance. Also, the progression options for local staff (GS) is quasi inextistant despite many efforts and initiatives from the HR
