Pros

I've worked for three other UN agencies in NYC and the UNICEF onboarding experience is stand out. Automative, fresh, and easy to navigate coupled with comprehensive 1:1 onboarding briefings where HRBP's really take the time to think about who best one should meet when starting the job. I felt I was able to hit the ground running and get a really good insight of the organization and our division quickly. A really professional HRBP team who are professional, hired for the right reasons, support one another, and their staff body. An open, fair and trusting form of communication and collaboration is established by DHR Directorate which again is refreshing and rare.
